Terms
Terms of Use
What you can expect from this website, and what we ask in return.
Draft — pending legal review
These terms describe how the site actually operates. The clauses marked in yellow — limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution — must be written or approved by counsel before launch.
About these terms
This website is operated by Soulfully Foundation (EIN 33-3396305). By using it, you agree to the terms on this page.
This site is not medical advice
Soulfully publishes information and runs programmes; it does not provide medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis or clinical advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as any of those. The PATH Scholarship funds sessions with independent licensed professionals — those professionals, not Soulfully, provide the care.
Soulfully is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help in the U.S., call or text 988, or call 911 if someone is in immediate danger.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its providers.
- Don’t submit other people’s personal information through our forms without their knowledge.
- Don’t use our name, logo or materials to imply an endorsement or affiliation that doesn’t exist.
- Don’t scrape or reproduce the site’s content commercially without permission.
Our content
The text, design, photography and illustrations on this site belong to Soulfully or to the people who created them for us, unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to quote and link to us. If you want to reuse something more substantially — for a school project, a campaign, a partner page — write to info@soulfully.foundation and we’ll almost certainly say yes.
Volunteering and service hours
Volunteer hours are verified against a session or project record. We certify work we can confirm actually happened; we can’t certify hours we have no record of. Participation in a Soulfully programme does not create an employment relationship.
Donations
Donations are processed by our payment provider. Designated gifts are applied to the programme you select. If a programme is fully funded or discontinued, we will apply the gift to the closest equivalent use and tell you.
Third-party links and embeds
We link to external organisations — crisis lines, sources, partners — and embed forms and payment pages hosted elsewhere. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
To be supplied by counsel: the disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnity clauses appropriate to a U.S. nonprofit operating in this space.
Governing law and disputes
To be supplied by counsel: governing law, venue, and the dispute-resolution process.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date below.
