About Soulfully
Programmes and how they work.
Four things. PATH Scholarship sponsors therapy for young people who can't afford it. Care Canisters turn recycled tennis ball tubes into hygiene packs with a handwritten note. Language Lifeline translates mental health resources. And we run free community wellness sessions.
They look unrelated until you notice the thread: mental health care doesn't always start in a therapist's office.
No. Soulfully is not a crisis line and cannot provide emergency support. If you're in the U.S. and need help right now, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741.
Our crisis support page lists more options, including lines for LGBTQ+ and trans callers.
Young people in the United States, roughly ages 13 to 24, who would struggle to pay for therapy. There's no diagnosis requirement and you don't need to explain yourself in clinical language.
Because applicants may be minors, some parts of the application process require guardian involvement.
Yes. Translation, note-writing, design and outreach roles are fully remote and open anywhere. Packing and distribution are in person, currently concentrated around Los Angeles and the Bay Area.
If you want to start something where you live, that's what the chapter program is for.
Yes, for work we can confirm against a session or project record. You'll receive verified hours and a digital certificate you can submit to a school, scholarship board or employer.
Get in touch. The model travels well — it needs a collection point, a group of volunteers, and a distribution partner who's already working with unhoused neighbours in your area.
Because we won't publish a number we can't define and prove. Our impact page shows exactly what we're counting and where each figure will come from. When a number is real, it appears there.
Giving
Donations, receipts and tax.
Gifts fund the four programmes directly — therapy through PATH, Care Canisters, translated resources, and community wellness sessions — plus the running costs behind them.
You can designate a programme at checkout, or leave it open so it goes where the need is sharpest that month.
Yes. Soulfully Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 33-3396305. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law, and you'll receive a receipt for your records at the email address you give at checkout.
If you need documentation in a particular format for a workplace match or a donor-advised fund, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Yes. Monthly giving is the most useful kind of support we can receive, because it lets us commit to a PATH scholarship or a packing schedule before the money is in the room.
You can choose monthly at checkout, and change or cancel it whenever you like.
Yes. You can dedicate a gift in honour or in memory of someone at checkout, and add the name of the person or family you'd like us to notify.
If you'd like the acknowledgment to say something specific, send us a note and we'll make sure it does.
Yes — particularly hygiene products for Care Canisters, socks, empty tennis ball tubes, event supplies, venue space, and professional services aligned with the work.
Please contact us before sending anything so we can confirm we can store and use it. An unusable donation costs us more than it gives.
Major gifts, donor-advised fund grants and multi-year commitments are handled directly by the team. Write to us and we'll respond personally.
Soulfully never handles or stores your card details. Donations are processed by our payment provider on their own secure infrastructure.
