Joseph Arujo
Joseph began making mental health content online in the early days of the pandemic. What started as live bedtime stories on social media grew into something larger, reaching children each month and opening conversations about loneliness, emotional wellness and care.
The more people tuned in, the clearer the gap became: access to support was deeply unequal, especially for anyone without insurance, resources, or the language to ask for help. Soulfully is his answer to that.
