Program 02 · Find care

Your PATH to care starts here.

Mental health care should never be out of reach. PATH sponsors approximately two to three months of therapy for young people who might not otherwise be able to afford it.

& Healing

What it can be for

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need the right words.

Therapy is useful long before anything reaches a crisis, and the reasons people come to it are usually much more ordinary than they expect.

  • Anxiety that has started to run the day
  • Grief, and the months that follow it
  • A transition that changed more than expected
  • Loneliness that's hard to name out loud
  • Simply needing a safe place to talk

How PATH works

From application to first session.

Applications are read in the order they arrive. We aim to be careful rather than fast, particularly where applicants are under 18.

  1. Apply

A short form about you and what you're looking for. No diagnosis required, ever.

  2. We review

Applications are read by the Soulfully team in the order they arrive.

  3. We match

Recipients are connected with a licensed professional offering affirming, culturally sensitive care.

  4. You begin

Sessions are sponsored for the scholarship period, typically two to three months.

Who you'll be matched with

Licensed. Affirming. Culturally sensitive.

Soulfully works with licensed mental health professionals committed to affirming, culturally sensitive care. Recipients are matched with someone who fits what they’re looking for and can meet them where they are.

Soulfully doesn’t provide therapy itself and doesn’t sit in on sessions. What happens between a recipient and their therapist stays there.

Apply

One short form. That’s the whole ask.

Due to the high volume of requests, we may be unable to respond individually to every submission. We read every application we receive.

Not connected yet

Applications open in cohorts.

The PATH application form isn't live on this page yet. Because applicants may be under 18, the intake process is being finalised with the safeguarding and consent steps it needs — we would rather get that right than open early.

Write to us and we'll tell you the moment the next cohort opens.

PATH is not a crisis service and cannot provide emergency support. If you need help right now, call or text 988 in the U.S. to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Your support can change someone’s story.

Contribute to the PATH Scholarship Fund

A gift designated to PATH does one specific thing: it pays for sessions. Monthly giving is the most useful form, because it lets us commit to a scholarship before the money is in the room.

One-time or monthly, designated straight to the scholarship fund.
