Privacy Policy
A plain description of what this website does with information, written to be read rather than skimmed past.
Draft — pending legal review
The technical description below is accurate for this website as built. The sections marked in yellow are the ones requiring counsel’s wording before launch — notably the statutory rights language, retention schedule, and the additional obligations that apply because some of our applicants are minors.
Who we are
Soulfully Foundation (“Soulfully”, “we”) operates this website. Our EIN is 33-3396305. You can reach us at info@soulfully.foundation.
What this website collects
This site is deliberately quiet. It does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, sets no cookies of its own, and does not build a profile of your visit. Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain rather than a font provider.
Information reaches us only when you deliberately send it:
- Contact form — the name, email address, category and message you type. These are forwarded to our contact inbox or ticketing system.
- Newsletter — the email address you submit, and nothing else.
- Applications and registrations — volunteer, chapter and PATH Scholarship forms are hosted by a third-party form provider and are covered by that provider’s privacy policy as well as this one.
- Donations — processed entirely by our payment provider. Soulfully never receives, sees or stores your card details.
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested, browser user agent) as part of serving the site securely.
Embedded content
Where we embed a video, nothing is requested from the video host until you press play. Where we embed a form or a donation checkout, that provider will set its own cookies once the embed loads, under its own policy.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the organisation — a form provider, a donation platform, an email provider and a web host — and they only receive what they need to perform that function.
Young people
Some of our programmes are aimed at people aged approximately 13 to 24, which means applicants may be minors. We collect the minimum necessary, and the PATH application process includes guardian involvement where required.
To be supplied by counsel: the consent mechanism for minors, the age threshold at which guardian consent is required and when it may be waived, mandatory-reporting obligations, and the disclosure protocol for reviewers who encounter a safeguarding concern.
How long we keep it
To be supplied by counsel: the retention period for each category of information (enquiries, volunteer records, scholarship applications, donation records), the deletion schedule, and how those are enforced.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@soulfully.foundation and we will respond.
To be supplied by counsel: the specific statutory rights and response timelines that apply — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and, where relevant, GDPR — and the verification process for requests.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment details never pass through our systems. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections to the providers named above.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date below and, where the change affects information you have already given us, tell you directly.
