Our programs

Four programmes. One thread.

Mental health care doesn't always start in a therapist's office. Sometimes it starts with a story. A clean pair of socks. A community that sees you.

Every programme here exists because somebody hit a specific, boring, real obstacle — a price, a language, a bathroom, a room with nobody in it — and stopped.

Care Canister

Care Canisters repurpose empty tennis ball containers into portable kits of hygiene essentials, socks and a handwritten note of encouragement. Bins go out to local clubs; volunteers collect, fill and distribute. Nothing about it is complicated — that's the point.

PATH Scholarship

PATH stands for Providing Access to Therapy & Healing. It sponsors approximately two to three months of therapy for young people in the U.S., roughly ages 13 to 24, who might not otherwise be able to afford mental health care.

Language Lifeline

Most mental health material is written in English first. Language Lifeline works with bilingual advocates, volunteer translators and cultural advisors to adapt resources so they land — not just parse — in the communities that need them.

Community Wellness

Soulfully is building a calendar of free, community-centred wellness programming: yoga, equine therapy, mindfulness sessions, group coaching, gatherings and speakers. Sessions are announced here as they are scheduled.

How they connect

None of it works alone.

A Care Canister is a first contact. A translated resource is what makes the next conversation possible. PATH is the appointment at the end of it. Community wellness is the part that keeps someone from needing any of it again.

Take part

Pick the one that fits what you have.

Time, a language, a campus, an audience, or a budget — each programme needs something different.
